A World Bank-funded project implemented for improving the standard of rural community water and sanitation facilities.

- Conduct system and data analysis for the development of MIS software to capture project progress.

- Prepare monthly progress reports covering financial, physical, and social evaluations.
- Evaluate project activities and advise Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).

- Developed and tested MIS software to gather data from regional centres for top management.
- Prepared comprehensive monthly progress reports and video presentations for the steering committee.
- Conducted training programs for CBOs and evaluated their performance to improve quality.
